The main reason most young adults move out is usually due to collecting student/college debt around mostly 31%. 19%, for the second reason, is due to either a broken marriage or a rather nasty breakup according to the reading. This example works best because it is simple with information taken from the readings and straight to the point in addition to some young readers could relate.
